最近很多朋友問,如何正確(que)使(shi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)環(huan)真(zhen)空(kong)機(ji)組(zu)?我找了一下,今天(tian)就給大(da)家(jia)列一下.希望能夠幫助到(dao)大(da)家(jia)更快的(de)使(shi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)環(huan)真(zhen)空(kong)機(ji)組(zu).  1、準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)作(zuo)  1.1操做(zuo)人員(yuan)一定要熟讀(du)配備(bei)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)使(shi)用說明書。  1.2在(zai)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)使(shi)用前(qian)確(que)保在(zai)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)沒有(you)因長時(shi)間(jian)放置由環(huan)境因素(su)(su)導致產(chan)品(pin)(pin)產(chan)生的(de)因素(su)(su)。  1.3在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)如發現異常聲響和振動時(shi)應停機(ji)排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)。  1.4電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)外殼必須(xu)接地(di)或接零。  2、開機(ji)前(qian)的(de)準(zhun)備(bei)  2.1檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖泵(beng)(beng)(前(qian)級泵(beng)(beng))水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)液位是否(fou)達到(dao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)3/4以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang),若不足則補(bu)足。  2.2檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)內所(suo)使(shi)用的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)是否(fou)清潔,不允(yun)許用含有(you)泥(ni)沙的(de)污水(shui)(shui)(shui),以(yi)(yi)(yi)免堵塞管(guan)路(lu),增加水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)葉輪(lun)磨損、增大(da)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)負荷造成(cheng)故(gu)障,影(ying)響水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖泵(beng)(beng)使(shi)用壽(shou)命。  2.3檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)泵(beng)(beng)及(ji)(ji)主泵(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)體內的(de)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)油(you)(you)面高度,必須(xu)達油(you)(you)窗的(de)3/4以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang),同時(shi)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)的(de)顏色(se),如出現乳白色(se)或黑色(se)雜(za)質較(jiao)多則通知機(ji)修更換潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)。  2.4檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)泵(beng)(beng)及(ji)(ji)主泵(beng)(beng)循(xun)環(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)路(lu)是否(fou)完好,打開循(xun)環(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進出口閥門,檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)循(xun)環(huan)冷卻(que)進出水(shui)(shui)(shui)是否(fou)正常。  2.5檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)泵(beng)(beng)底部緩沖罐排(pai)污閥門是否(fou)關閉。  2.6檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)機(ji)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)完好及(ji)(ji)控制(zhi)柜各項指示等是否(fou)正常。  2.7檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)機(ji)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)極觸(chu)點壓力(li)表中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級泵(beng)(beng)、主泵(beng)(beng)啟(qi)(qi)動壓力(li)是否(fou)正常(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級泵(beng)(beng)啟(qi)(qi)動入口壓力(li)為0.065Mpa以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang),主泵(beng)(beng)啟(qi)(qi)動入口壓力(li)為0.085Mpa以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang))。  2.8待以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)事項檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)完畢確(que)認無(wu)誤后方可啟(qi)(qi)動真(zhen)空(kong)機(ji)組(zu)。  3、運(yun)轉(zhuan)注意(yi)事項  3.1真(zhen)空(kong)機(ji)組(zu)在(zai)運(yun)轉(zhuan)過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)...

一、水環(huan)(huan)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸和(he)軸承零件(jian)(jian)  1.將(jiang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸和(he)軸承從(cong)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)的(de)(de)非驅(qu)動(dong)端(duan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)中(zhong)。通過敲擊軸承的(de)(de)外環(huan)(huan),可以(yi)將(jiang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)中(zhong)。注意(yi):撞擊時,墊塊或套(tao)筒工具應放在軸承的(de)(de)端(duan)面上(shang),以(yi)防損(sun)壞(huai)軸承。  2.安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)非驅(qu)動(dong)端(duan)軸承蓋(gai)和(he)鎖(suo)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)栓。  3.安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)墊圈(quan)、驅(qu)動(dong)端(duan)軸承蓋(gai)和(he)鎖(suo)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)栓。用手(shou)轉(zhuan)動(dong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸,泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸應平穩(wen)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。如果(guo)(guo)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸轉(zhuan)動(dong)緊(jin)(jin)密,稍微(wei)松開(kai)螺(luo)栓,調(diao)整泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸使(shi)其平穩(wen)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。  4.安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)平鍵、聯軸器泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)軸部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)、聯軸器壓板和(he)鎖(suo)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)栓。  二、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)  當(dang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)并(bing)且機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時,機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)可以(yi)被水潤濕,然后(hou)(hou)(hou)用手(shou)均勻地(di)壓入泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)。小心不要(yao)推得(de)太(tai)緊(jin)(jin)!組裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)后(hou)(hou)(hou),檢查(cha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)否與泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配緊(jin)(jin)密。  將(jiang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)緊(jin)(jin)緊(jin)(jin)地(di)壓在電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang),并(bing)擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)栓。小心不要(yao)損(sun)壞(huai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)。  將(jiang)墊圈(quan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)(hou)(hou)蓋(gai)中(zhong),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)將(jiang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)、電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前蓋(gai)、軸承、電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)子和(he)內軸承蓋(gai)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)(jian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼體(ti)(ti)中(zhong),并(bing)鎖(suo)定螺(luo)栓。  依次安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)風(feng)扇(shan)、擋圈(quan)、電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)護罩和(he)螺(luo)釘。安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完成后(hou)(hou)(hou),泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)風(feng)扇(shan)護罩端(duan)將(jiang)朝(chao)下并(bing)垂直于(yu)地(di)面,準備安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)其他部(bu)(bu)件(jian)(jian)。  三(san)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)葉輪  1.葉輪壓在軸承上(shang)時,應保證葉輪與泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)前端(duan)面保持0.05 ~ 0.15毫米的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi).水平放置真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)并(bing)檢查(cha)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)。如果(guo)(guo)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)太(tai)小,可能(neng)導(dao)致真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械故(gu)障;如果(guo)(guo)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)太(tai)大,真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)送速(su)率將(jiang)降(jiang)低(di)。  2.調(diao)整葉輪和(he)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)前端(duan)面之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)后(hou)(hou)(hou),用深度百分(fen)(fen)比測量(liang)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)外緣和(he)葉輪平面之間(jian)(jian)...
