使(shi)(shi)用水(shui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)一段時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)后(hou),有(you)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)。不要(yao)(yao)(yao)等到設備(bei)(bei)(bei)不能(neng)正常工(gong)作(zuo),否(fou)則會影(ying)響生產(chan)效率。正常使(shi)(shi)用時(shi)(shi),我們將進(jin)行(xing)例行(xing)維(wei)(wei)護(hu),并(bing)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)部件,并(bing)進(jin)行(xing)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)。  一、準(zhun)備(bei)(bei)(bei)  1、在維(wei)(wei)護(hu)之(zhi)前,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)準(zhun)備(bei)(bei)(bei)技術(shu)資料,例如設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用說明書(shu),組(zu)裝圖和維(wei)(wei)護(hu)步驟(zou)。  2、需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)事先檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing),監(jian)視,缺陷(xian),隱患(huan),故(gu)障(zhang),功能(neng)狀(zhuang)況等,然后(hou)分析可(ke)(ke)能(neng)存在故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)零件。  3、在設備(bei)(bei)(bei)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)之(zhi)前,有(you)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)預先檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)相關的(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)參數,例如真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du),抽速,噪音,振(zhen)動,磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun),泄(xie)漏,老化(hua),腐蝕和性能(neng),并(bing)記錄每個參數以便可(ke)(ke)以確定(ding)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)期間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)內(nei)容。  二、水(shui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)小(xiao)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)  1、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)是(shi)否(fou)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)軸(zhou)承,調整(zheng)間(jian)(jian)隙尺寸,并(bing)調整(zheng)聯軸(zhou)器或(huo)(huo)皮帶輪(lun)的(de)(de)(de)同軸(zhou)度(du),以確保水(shui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)能(neng)夠正常運(yun)行(xing)。  2、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha),修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)理(li)或(huo)(huo)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)已損(sun)(sun)(sun)壞的(de)(de)(de)消耗品或(huo)(huo)零件。  3、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha),補充或(huo)(huo)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)體。如果(guo)不及(ji)時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)液,可(ke)(ke)能(neng)會影(ying)響設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用。  4、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)并(bing)擰緊連接螺栓,確保擰緊螺栓,以免發生事故(gu)。  5、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)密封是(shi)否(fou)正常,按或(huo)(huo)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)包(bao)(bao)裝。  6、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)潤滑油的(de)(de)(de)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)。如果(guo)長時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)不更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)潤滑油,則會縮(suo)短設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)。  三、水(shui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)大修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)  1、包(bao)(bao)括小(xiao)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)。  2、根據規定(ding)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)校準(zhun)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)計是(shi)否(fou)正常,并(bing)確認(ren)可(ke)(ke)以顯示正確的(de)(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du),以免在將來使(shi)(shi)用時(shi)(shi)產(chan)生誤判。  3、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)清(qing)潔工(gong)作(zuo)液系(xi)統并(bing)徹底清(qing)潔。  4、檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體,端蓋(gai)和隔(ge)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun),并(bing)進(jin)行(xing)調整(zheng)。如果(guo)磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)嚴(yan)重,則需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)理(li)或(huo)(huo)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)。  5、機器表面已除...
