防止措施:

(1) 適當(dang)加大(da)泵入(ru)口直徑和葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)入(ru)口直徑,降低泵入(ru)口液體流速,降低NPSHr。或者直接采用雙吸葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun),因雙吸葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)相當(dang)于兩個(ge)單吸葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)的入(ru)口面積,同樣流量條件(jian)進口流速可(ke)降低一(yi)倍。

(2) 將(jiang)葉(xie)片頭部(bu)背面(mian)修薄,改善葉(xie)片入(ru)口排擠,降低NPSHr。或加裝誘導(dao)輪,使液體進(jin)入(ru)葉(xie)輪前(qian)增加了一定(ding)壓力能(neng)。

(3) 泵選型時,遇到裝置汽蝕余(yu)量(liang)低或介質易汽化時,泵盡可能(neng)采用低轉速。

?(4) 管路系統設計(ji)時,泵的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)上(shang)高度盡可(ke)能低,條件(jian)許可(ke)就采用倒灌。配管時,適當縮短吸(xi)(xi)入管長(chang)度、增大吸(xi)(xi)入管徑,在(zai)吸(xi)(xi)入路盡量減少不必要的(de)(de)閥(fa)門、彎(wan)頭數量,以減少吸(xi)(xi)入管的(de)(de)管路損(sun)失。

(5) 泵(beng)在接近汽蝕的(de)狀態下工作,如采(cai)用組織(zhi)致(zhi)密的(de)抗汽蝕材料(liao)(銅合金(jin)、不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)等) 制造泵(beng)葉(xie)輪(lun)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)延(yan)長葉(xie)輪(lun)壽(shou)命。如用壓延(yan)的(de)鋼(gang)板(ban)焊接的(de)葉(xie)輪(lun)較鑄(zhu)造的(de)葉(xie)輪(lun)抗汽蝕能力(li)強(qiang)。也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)利用非(fei)金(jin)屬涂(tu)料(liao)采(cai)用環氧樹脂、尼龍、聚胺脂等對葉(xie)輪(lun)進行(xing)涂(tu)層處理。

(6) 對易汽化介質(zhi),做好管路的(de)保(bao)溫(wen)降溫(wen),避(bi)免所輸送液體的(de)溫(wen)度升高。

(7) 泵(beng)出現汽(qi)蝕(shi)又無法(fa)改變(bian)其工藝條件時,可在(zai)泵(beng)入(ru)口(kou)加(jia)裝一(yi)個噴嘴,利(li)用泵(beng)出口(kou)壓力,使其高壓液體回饋,以(yi)增(zeng)大泵(beng)入(ru)口(kou)壓力,減(jian)小(xiao)汽(qi)蝕(shi)的可能性。

(8) 泵(beng)(beng)在(zai)(zai)運(yun)行過程中(zhong),應利用泵(beng)(beng)出(chu)口閥控制流量(liang)在(zai)(zai)合理的范圍(wei)。泵(beng)(beng)偏(pian)大(da)流量(liang)運(yun)行時最容易出(chu)現汽蝕現象。操(cao)作(zuo)中(zhong),不允許用吸(xi)入管路閥門來調(diao)節流量(liang)。
