  磁力驅動泵(簡稱磁力泵)是一種將永磁聯軸器的工作原理應用于離心泵的新產品。設計合理,工藝先進,全密封,無滲漏,不腐蝕。

磁力泵是安裝注意事項

  磁力泵廣泛用于石油,化工,制藥,電鍍,環保,水處理,影視印刷,國防等部門,以泵送易燃,易爆,有毒,貴重液體。它具有廣泛的密封性,無泄漏且耐腐蝕。它是創建無泄漏,無污染的文明車間和文明工廠的理想泵。

  在(zai)安裝磁力泵時應考慮(lv)以下(xia)事項:

  1.將(jiang)設備放在基礎上,將(jiang)一(yi)對(dui)楔(xie)形(xing)(xing)墊放在底板(ban)和基礎之(zhi)間,然后通過調(diao)節楔(xie)形(xing)(xing)墊來調(diao)節泵的水(shui)平(ping)。調(diao)整后,擰緊地腳螺栓。

  2.安裝(zhuang)前應檢查泵和馬達,所有(you)零件應完好無損(sun)。磁力泵中不(bu)應有(you)雜物。

  3.根據(ju)基本尺寸制(zhi)作混凝土基礎,并(bing)同時埋入地腳螺栓(shuan)。

  4.磁(ci)力(li)泵的(de)吸入和排(pai)出(chu)(chu)管路應有一(yi)個支架(jia),不能由磁(ci)力(li)泵支撐。入口(kou)和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)管的(de)直徑應與(yu)泵的(de)入口(kou)和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)的(de)直徑一(yi)致。

  5.安(an)裝(zhuang)完成(cheng)后,最后用(yong)手(shou)轉動電磁泵聯軸器,檢查是否有摩擦現(xian)象(xiang)。

  6.嚴禁磁力(li)泵抽出帶有顆粒的介質,并且容易結晶。不允許在關閉排出口的情況下連續運行,并應保持最小流量。

  7.為(wei)了防(fang)止(zhi)碎屑(xie)進入電磁(ci)泵,應在入口處安裝過(guo)濾器(qi),過(guo)濾面(mian)積應比管道的橫截面(mian)積大3至(zhi)4倍。

  8.當(dang)介質粘度太高時,電磁泵的性能和功(gong)率(lv)將發生變化。有關詳(xiang)細信息,請按照(zhao)說明進行操作。
